Executive coaching

We don’t believe in changing people; indeed, we start from the principle that it’s okay who you are. Being more aware of how you do things and why you do them does bring about change in behavior and communication. We use various methods and tools to give you this insight. Think of feedback through camera recordings (how do you come across to people?), clarifying your motives with the help of Management Drives, measuring your energy, an analysis of the environment in which you are active, spirituality and sportsmanship, and of course intervision.

Personal communication

In our coaching, communication is a vital part of a journey. Communication is your means of connecting, inspiring colleagues, you name it. It all starts with understanding more about how you really do things. * With your voice, your non verbal communication and the use of your words. Through video recordings we show how you come across, what your pitfalls are and what kind of things have very slowly crept into the way you talk. But also important is how you look at the other person, whether you really listen for example. All these issues will be addressed with small tips, small adjustments you will experience a big difference during conversations, meetings and in contact with customers.

Boardroom counceling

Issues that arise at the very highest level of the organization, these are usually not the easiest. They often involve strategic choices. Are you able as a board to do this in harmony? Is it allowed to grate occasionally in order to reach a better decision and what does that do to the relationships and emotions involved? We encounter ok regularly that there are dormant dissatisfactions between team members. Address it in time, then you can do your job with much more pleasure and effectiveness!

Team Coaching

No matter how big or small the organization is there is always a team. A team starts with two people. We know from our sports experience that you can only achieve Olympic gold if you have the right road to it. Gold is the goal (in organizations: being successful) but what do you have to do together to achieve it? It is important to make time now and then to look at how you can all get there in the best possible way. Who does what? When are you in your strength and what do you need from the other? What happens to the team in stressful situations? Our methods for analyzing teams and getting them to the next level are related to both sports and communication, as well as the drives of people and teams using Management Drives.
