Elsemieke Havenga
Elsemieke Havenga is a communications expert and executive coach.
Elsemieke has been advising organizations on their strategy, communications and growth for many years. Her belief is that people ultimately make the difference. All plans can go in the trash if you don’t start working together with the right people and the right spirit.

She is a former professional athlete. She was a four-time world champion and won gold Olympic gold with the Dutch field hockey team. This elite sports experience is part of how she works today. Before becoming a communications consultant, she worked in journalism for many years. She presented several radio and television programs at public broadcasting such as Studio Sport, and then RTL news and Editie NL.
Elsemieke is a certified Management Drives coach and mediator.
In addition to daily work, she is a board member of “Spieren voor Spieren,” chairman of the Sports Council of the municipality of Laren and a member of the Supervisory Board of the KNVB
Huguette Crielaers
After a 10-year career as a communications and branding expert and 25 years of entrepreneurship in the creative sector, you know the ropes.
Years of work experience and continuous training leads to a diverse set of attributes. For example, Huguette has strong analytical skills and is a critical thinker, creative, original, enterprising and enthusiastic. Leadership and social skills come very naturally to her. This combination enables her to help companies translate their vision into a strategy, position themselves in a distinctive way and communicate clearly both internally and externally. To make this happen, we guide and motivate executives and teams.

We work closely with Jet de Vries, who is an Executive Leadership and Communication Specialist, and the driving force behind the Virtual Reality training. With 2SU Academy, we also work internationally.

Bram Röst, cameraman, supports us audio-visually in training sessions and provides the images that are so important in feedback.
Miranda Naarding
Miranda Naarding is responsible for the administrative affairs of EHC. She loves taking care of everything in the background, and she has a lot of experience in doing so at various organizations.
