A crisis requires communicating at an unexpected time about something that affects your organization (negatively). This is not easy, because fortunately this does not happen to your organization very often. But if it does then you need to be well prepared. We help create a crisis communications plan. Hopefully that always stays in the drawer, but you never know. In times of crisis we support the organization, the management and sometimes the communications department to keep calm and from our experience to do the right things at the right times.

Training

Our media crisis training prepares you for every conceivable media appearance involving a variety of crisis situations. Cases from real life are central. You will practice formulating powerful core messages. You will be interviewed as many times as possible during the training, and we will not make it easy for you. Everything is recorded on film, analyzed and provided with feedback. Through intensive practice, the experience is that after the training you will have gained confidence to tell the right story during a real crisis .
